Books by Annie Fellows Johnston (we think this may be the complete list)
All of these but three are in the Samuel Culbertson Mansion collection, many in multiple editions, and many special copies like Mrs. Walton's or AFJ's own copies from her Beeches library.  To read many of these on-line, go to http://www.littlecolonel.com/books/ or see the books links section on our home page.

Incidentally, we are interested in acquiring missing titles for our mini-museum.  If you have one that you'd like to sell, please contact us!  Otherwise, we suggest sources for acquiring your own copies at the bottom of this page.

Finding your own copies of books by Annie Fellows Johnston

New Copies.  Recently many of the Little Colonel books have been republished in paperback.  Most can be ordered through your local bookseller or on-line at places like Amazon.com (search by author or title).

Original Copies.  These are our favorites.  Though usually a little worn or browned, they are the hard-bound copies of the same books your great-grandmothers may have read, and are certainly more durable than paperbacks.  Most titles can be obtained at reasonable prices on-line at used and rare book sources like http://www.abebooks.com/ or http://www.alibris.com/.  There is also always a supply of titles and related objects on a rotating basis on Ebay, where the rarer issues will also appear from time to time. (search by title or author)
